Panafic Industrials Limited is a Non Banking Financial Company originally incorporated on 1st January, 1985 as a Public Limited Company in the name & style of Panafic Industrials Limited under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 with Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana vide CIN L45202DL1985PLC019746 and has obtained its Certificate of Commencement of Business with effect from 16th January, 1985.

The main operation of the Company is to finance industrial enterprises by way of making loans or advances mainly to private industrial enterprises in India and dealing in sale purchase of the Securities.

The Company got registered with the Reserve Bank of India as a Category B-NBFC Company on 7th March, 2005 and holds a valid certificate of registration bearing number B-14.03057. The Company started its operation in 1981 and since then has been successfully doing its business as NBFC.

The shares of the Company are listed at theBombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE). The Company has received Listing and Trading Approval for its shares vide letter bearing reference no. DCS/DL/JM/TP/812/2014-15 dated January 5th, 2015 and the shares of the Company were listed and admitted to dealings on BSE in the list of DT group w.e.f. 07th January, 2015.

The Board of the Company constitutes Four Directors at present, out of which, Three Directors are non-executive and one is Executive Director. The Board of Directors consists of professionals drawn from diverse fields who are constantly serving the Company through their sincere and dedicated efforts directed towards taking the company on the path of success.The Company has been complying with provisions of listing Agreement, NBFC Regulations to the extent they are applicable to it.

The Management of the Company believes that the present condition of the Company is stable and growth prospects are good. The management expects better performance in the years to come.
